  1. Can I ask why you put it on your skin above your lip line? Is it just to make it look like you have fuller lips? I have seen this done so many times and I really want to know why.

  2. My lower lip is bigger, i dont go that much more than my natural lip line.i like to make it rounder. See my youtube lip tutorials same name : imeltformakeup. Sometimes formulas are a lil slippery so its like correcting a wing liner
